What started with one tradesman and a passion for engineering grew into a versatile technical services company. Not through grand plans on paper, but through years of hands-on experience, hard work and customers who kept coming back. That is how Technical Team grew, step by step, into the company it is today.

01
BEGINNING
FROM SHIP REPAIRS TO TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
The story begins with Jorn, founder and managing director of Technical Team. At Ship Repair Antwerp, he developed the foundation of his technical expertise and work ethic: never shy away from a challenge and keep going until the job is done.
Later, he took charge of the technical department at HCI Antwerp. There, he turned technical problems and ideas into practical solutions, from the initial concept to fully developed and certified machines.
02
GROWTH
FROM A SIDE BUSINESS TO A COMPANY OF HIS OWN
Alongside his full-time job, Jorn worked as a self-employed contractor on the side, helping Gevas and several local agricultural businesses with maintenance and repairs. Demand for his work continued to grow. What started as extra work soon became enough to pursue full-time.
In 2018, he made the move to running his own business full-time, starting from a small premises in Kapellen. By the end of 2021, the available space was fully used. In 2022, the business moved to its current premises, became a private limited company (BV), and welcomed his wife as its first technical employee.

TODAY
GROWING ALONGSIDE OUR CUSTOMERS
Today, Technical Team has grown into a versatile technical company with several employees and a trusted network of regular subcontractors.
Our expertise did not develop by chance. Almost every service we offer today grew out of a specific request or challenge from our customers.
From local businesses that have been with us since the beginning to established names in industry, we continue to build on the same principles that started it all: technical insight, practical solutions and work you can rely on.
