For Euromat, we carried out various modifications and repairs to existing blasting silos.

The assignment combined functional modifications, wear damage repairs and a technical inspection of the structure.

The work carried out included:

• Adding an extra manhole for better access

• Adding a threaded connection for level measurement

• Repairing Hardox wear parts

• Inspecting the steel silo wall

These changes adapted the silos to the customer’s specific requirements while helping to extend their service life.

This project shows how targeted modifications and repairs can adapt existing installations to changing technical and operational requirements.
